Covid-19
At Skin, we care about our clients and want you to know that we have implemented new protocols for your visit to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. The new protocols listed below provide you with valuable information on how to prepare for your visit, how our team is screening patients, and what to expect during your visit.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Clients will be required to wear protective masks during their visit so please bring and wear your own mask.
Clients should come to their appointment alone unless the client visiting is a dependent.
Please bring your cell phone, as you will be required to wait in your car for your appointment time.
Please check-in by calling the office when you arrive.
If you have not already, please complete and sign the consent form you received via text prior to your scheduled appointment. Without a completed consent form, we will be unable to provide service.
All clients will be asked a few questions and have their temperature checked as a pre- screening for COVID-19.
Clients that do not pass the screening will be asked to reschedule their appointments and will be provided suggestions regarding follow-up and educational material about COVID-19.
During Your Appointment
When your skin care provider is ready to see you, they will contact you via phone call to let you know they are ready for your appointment.
Please make sure to wear your protective mask, and ensure that it has a snug fit across your entire nose and mouth area.
The provider will be wearing a protective mask, eye protection, and gloves to reduce the risk of transmission of the Coronavirus and ensure your safety during the visit.
Cleaning and Sanitation
After every visit all exam room surfaces are wiped down with CDC approved cleaning products.
All office surfaces are disinfected multiple times a day with CDC approved disinfecting agents.
All staff at Skin have completed additional cleaning and sanitation certifications to further prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time. We look forward to seeing you soon!
